As a new or expectant mum, when was the last time you received the personal attention you deserved and had the chance to chat with someone about your health and wellness?

Get the Conversation Started

As a new or expectant mum, it’s rare to get an hour to explore your personal wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, plus Fitness and Nutrition expert, I will create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. I will help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you and your family plus assist to make changes that will integrate easily into your new routine.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes. I believe the food you eat has a direct impact not only on how you look and feel but your overall health. Eating should be enjoyed and we should eat to live not live to eat! Creating restrictions or controls around food is not living nor is it healthy and it doesn’t teach our children the right habits!

Mum - You're Body is Amazing!

Mother nature and the female body is truly amazing and sadly far too often I hear mums beating themselves up about the way they look both during pregnancy, whilst their body shape is changing and also once their bubs have arrived.

Boob Time - Top Tips to Maximise Your Milk Making Magic!

When I was pregnant I remember looking at my boobs thinking how on earth are they going to make milk and wondering how it would feel or if I would even be able to produce milk. When my son was born he instinctively knew what to do plus my own maternal instinct kicked in (finally!) and it felt like the most natural thing in the world, creating one of those perfect cliché moments I will treasure forever.
